Physical products

The physical collection is currently view-only while the store connection is restored. Product pages continue to show the approved imagery, variants and price context for reference.

Physical returns and problems

If you need help with an existing order placed before this release, email support@deusintus.com with the relevant order reference and any supporting photographs. Your statutory rights are unaffected.

Digital delivery

Paid digital products are delivered to the email address used at Stripe checkout after successful payment verification. Free resources are delivered to the email supplied on the request form. Product pages state the included formats and access requirements. Check spam or promotions folders before contacting support.

Immediate access and cancellation

Before paid checkout you must expressly request immediate access and acknowledge that the normal 14-day cancellation right ends when digital delivery begins. If delivery has not begun, contact support@deusintus.com promptly to ask about cancellation.

Faulty digital content

Digital content must be satisfactory, fit for purpose and as described. If a file is corrupt, inaccessible, materially different from its description or otherwise faulty, contact support@deusintus.com with the order reference and device/file details. We will provide an appropriate repair, replacement, repeat delivery, price reduction or refund where required by law.

Change of mind

Once immediate digital delivery has begun following the required acknowledgement, change-of-mind refunds are not normally available. This does not limit statutory remedies for faulty, misdescribed or inaccessible digital content.

Email support@deusintus.com. Include the Stripe or existing order reference, product name and a concise description of the issue.
