Purposes and lawful bases
- Performing a contract: taking payment, delivering products and providing support.
- Legal obligation: accounting, tax, fraud prevention and consumer-rights records.
- Legitimate interests: securing and improving the service and handling business enquiries, balanced against individual rights.
- Consent: optional email marketing and any non-essential analytics. Consent may be withdrawn at any time.
Providers and sharing
We use service providers including Cloudflare for hosting and security, Stripe for digital payments, Google/Gmail or another stated delivery provider for email, and Teemill or its operating platform for physical-product checkout and fulfilment. They receive only the data needed for their role and operate under their own terms and privacy information. We do not sell personal data.
International processing
Some providers may process data outside the UK. Where required, we rely on recognised safeguards such as UK adequacy regulations or approved contractual protections.
Retention
Order and accounting records are normally retained for up to six years after the relevant financial period. Support correspondence is normally retained for up to two years after resolution. Marketing consent and suppression records are retained while needed to demonstrate and respect the individual’s choice. Records may be retained longer where legally required or necessary for a dispute.
Marketing
Resource delivery and service messages are separate from optional marketing. Marketing consent is optional and can be withdrawn through the unsubscribe method in each message or by emailing support@deusintus.com.
Your rights
Depending on the circumstances, you may request access, correction, erasure, restriction, portability or object to processing, and may withdraw consent. Contact support@deusintus.com. You may also complain to the UK Information Commissioner’s Office at ico.org.uk.
Security
We use proportionate technical and organisational safeguards, including protected digital-delivery storage and hosted payment processing. No online system can guarantee absolute security.
