Website & Digital Product Terms
These terms apply to deusintus.com and digital products sold by Deus Intus Ltd, company number 17209569, registered office 66 Paul Street, London, England, EC2A 4NA. Contact: support@deusintus.com.
Contract and checkout
A digital-product contract is formed when Stripe confirms successful payment. Prices are displayed in GBP and include VAT where applicable. Stripe processes payment information; Deus Intus Ltd remains the seller of the digital product. The product page, these terms and the order confirmation form the contract.
What you receive
Each product page identifies the interactive tool, printable workbook or other files included. Paid packages are normally supplied as a ZIP containing HTML, PDF and supporting assets. A modern browser, PDF reader, ZIP extraction capability and sufficient local storage may be required. Interactive HTML tools operate locally unless the page expressly states that an internet connection or account is required.
Digital delivery
Delivery is made to the email address used at checkout after payment verification. Keep the order confirmation and downloaded files securely. Contact support if delivery does not arrive or a link/file cannot be accessed.
Immediate supply and cancellation
Before entering paid checkout, the customer expressly requests immediate supply and acknowledges that the usual 14-day cancellation right ends once digital delivery begins. If delivery has not begun, contact support promptly. This acknowledgement does not affect rights where digital content is faulty, not as described or unfit for purpose.
Statutory digital-content rights
Digital content must be of satisfactory quality, fit for purpose and as described. Where the law requires, we will provide repair, replacement, repeat delivery, price reduction or refund. Nothing in these terms excludes or restricts statutory consumer rights.
Personal-use licence
On payment or authorised free delivery, Deus Intus Ltd grants one customer a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence for personal use. You may download and print reasonable personal copies. You must not resell, redistribute, sublicense, publish, share access publicly, remove ownership notices, extract assets for commercial use or use the product to train or populate a competing product.
Health and outcome boundary
Digital tools are for non-clinical reflection, education and personal planning. They are not medical, psychological, crisis, financial or legal advice and do not guarantee any personal, commercial or wellbeing outcome. Seek appropriately qualified support where needed.
Accuracy and updates
We take reasonable care that content matches its description. Minor design or compatibility updates may be made where they do not materially reduce the product. Public statements and product descriptions form part of the basis on which quality is assessed.
Liability
Nothing excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded, including statutory consumer remedies. Subject to that boundary, we are not responsible for loss caused by misuse, unsupported modification, failure to follow stated compatibility requirements or reliance on the content as professional advice.
Complaints, law and contact
Send order complaints to support@deusintus.com with the product and order reference. These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales, without depriving consumers of mandatory protections available where they live.
